Event Photography Rate Sheet

Overview
Event photography focuses on authentic, documentary-style coverage that captures the energy, people, and emotion of each occasion.

Full-Day Coverage

Up to 8 hours of complete event coverage designed to tell your story from beginning to end. Includes a highlight gallery and a ready-to-share social media set, all professionally edited with consistent color grading, tone matching, and thoughtful curation for a cohesive visual narrative.

This package also includes a pre-event consultation to plan coverage and style, plus optional cinematic extras, short, artistic video clips and behind-the-lens perspective footage that capture the atmosphere, emotion, and creative process of your event.

All event photography includes basic editing and online delivery. Travel fees may apply outside Casper, Wyoming.

Overview
Live Lens brings your event photography to life in real time. Photos are captured, edited, and delivered during the event, allowing you to share the story as it happens. Each image is professionally edited and curated for immediate use on social media, displays, or live screens.

On-Site Slideshow IntegrationReal-time slideshow feed for projectors, jumbotrons, or venue screens. Torchbearer will provide a display device and setup, but the projector or display system must already be available on-site with accessible HDMI input.+$75 setup + $25/hour monitoring

Requires an active Event Photography booking. Internet access or an upload location must be provided by the client. Travel fees may apply outside Casper, Wyoming.
