Through brand identity and narrative consultation, Torchbearer helps schools, small businesses, and nonprofits define who they are and how to show it. Drawing on experience in cultural geography, learning design, and years of real-world identity work — including Kelly Walsh High School’s full brand development — these sessions uncover the tone, visuals, and language that best express your organization’s character.

Why It Works

My Strengths in Brand Identity and Narrative Design

I’ve lived the process of brand building from within. My work developing Kelly Walsh High School’s full brand identity, from tone and color to messaging and visual standards, proved how design and storytelling can unify a community around shared values.

My background in Cultural Geography focused on how people create and express belonging. I understand how symbols, color, and language form identity within groups and how those same choices communicate meaning to others.

My master’s degree in Learning, Design, and Technology taught me how design shapes understanding. I use that knowledge to help organizations present ideas in ways that are clear, memorable, and emotionally resonant.

Years in the classroom taught me how to communicate complex ideas clearly, structure learning outcomes, and guide groups through new concepts. Consultation sessions are built with the same clarity and collaboration I bring to teaching.

I specialize in helping organizations take what makes them distinct and translate it into visuals, language, and experiences that others immediately recognize. I help turn internal culture into external identity.

Every consultation centers on creating connection. Whether for a school, a business, or a nonprofit, my goal is to help people see themselves in the brand and to make that identity feel real to everyone it touches.

I focus on schools, non-profits, small businesses, and community groups; organizations that care more about meaning than marketing. My work helps them build genuine, lasting identity instead of surface-level branding.

As a photographer, designer, and social media manager, I understand both storytelling and execution. I can help you move from defining your brand to implementing it across photos, posts, and visuals that feel consistent and true.
